Overall a good meet. Some great swims. Some so-so. Some not very good. We need to be excited to race at every opportunity. We have a couple of good practices coming up before we take Friday afternoon off for the festivities.

If you are going to watch the powder puff game, please make sure that you have enough to eat after practice and before the game.
