Address for Pasta Party, After Conference Meet Pizza, and New Website update

The pasta party for tonight will be at 4210 132nd Ave. just south of Hamilton and east of M40. The girls will be ready to be picked up by 7:00 pm unless they decide to watch a movie or something else.

Your daughters will be given a sheet with the explanation and cost of the post-conference meet pizza dinner. Please make sure that you see this handout.

If you have a chance check out the new website that I am in the process of creating. I am starting to get some information on it and will try to keep adding to it. You can view the website HERE. Let me know what you think or what you would like to see included/added on the site.
Thanks

Friday:
Swimmers will leave right after school from the high school lower lot. We will be the last bus in the line. Get there quickly so we can leave on time. Warm-up starts at 3:00 and the meet starts at 5:00. Pack a CHAIR and snacks and drinks for the afternoon/evening. You can leave an extra swim bag in the high school office if needed.
Divers will have practice on Friday and will probably be done a bit early.
Saturday:
There will be the opportunity for a wake-up swim 9:00-9-30 am at our pool for those that are interested. We will be meeting at our pool at 10:50. Warm-up starts at 11:00 and the meet starts at 1:00 pm. We may not have transportation home from the meet on Saturday, depending on who our bus driver is. I will let you know as soon as I know. After the meet we will be heading back to the middle school for pizza and some social time.

SECOND SHAVE MEET:
The Second Shave Meet is next week Tuesday at the Holland Aquatic Center. Any swimmers interested in going need to attend practice on Monday after school. I will send entries in during practice on Monday. All state qualified swimmers will attend the Second Shave Meet. We will meet at the Holland Aquatic Center at 5:15 pm for a 5:30 pm warm-up and 6:30 pm meet start. That will be our only activity for the day.

I will probably update with more information throughout the week.

I am looking forward to having a lot of fun this week and watching our girls swim really fast!
Thanks

Middle School girls...

We are well under way for our season and I just have a couple quick reminder notes.

Tomorrow and Friday we are practicing from 10 to noon. I would really like as many girls there as possible because we will have the entire pool and I hope to work on turns!

Also, next week Tuesday there is a winter parent meeting with Mr. Gelmi and myself. It starts at 6:00 in the gym.

And I know its hard to believe, but we already have our first meet in about a week. So, practices are crucial right now. We have a lot to still work on. We are off to a good start though and I am sure it will be a great season ; )

Results from Zeeland meet

Results are posted HERE. Overall a good meet. A new team record by Liz VandeWege in the 200 IM. A new state cut by Maddy Kempkers in the 200 Free. 26 lifetime best times tonight! That totals 92 lifetime best times in the last 3 meets! Great job ladies.
Thanks

The Meet is on for tonight

The meet tonight is a go. We will be swimming unless some other weather "emergencies" pop up between now and the start time. I will see you on deck by 5:10 and parents lined up by 6:20.
Thanks
