Great swims tonight. A lot of personal bests. State cuts were achieved by Brittni Ritter in the 100 Free, Manda Schierbeek in the 500 Free, the 200 Free Relay of Ritter, Coon, Kempkers, and Schierbeek, and Crystal Jager in the 100 Breast. We also had a couple of close calls that we'll get in soon enough.
Great job ladies!!!

Ahhhhhh.
My times are so frustrating..
i got sooooo much slower than last year!
zwiers... you will be just fine. keep working hard! the only way to swim faster is to swim faster!!
